The State Council works on individual chapter outreach throughout the state. They are responsible for the development of new chapters on college campuses as well as assisting current chapters build their presence on campuses. They serve as a direct line of communication between our chartered chapters and the executive board. They plan and hold State Council each month updating and educating chapters on current happenings within the College Democrats of NC. We also recommend and oversee the three Regional Directors efforts.
