2011-2012 Chapter Grant Program

We have created the first ever chapter grant program for College Democrats chapters in North Carolina. You may apply for up to $200 per event and $400 per year. If you’re interested in applying for a grant, please read the rules and guidelines in the CDNC Financial Procedures Guide. You may fill out an application and send it to CDNC President Eliza Hernandez ([email protected]). Please send in your application no later than 12 days before specified event or program.

College Democrats Merchandise

Does your chapter need cool stuff for your members? We have College Democrats t-shirts, pens, stickers, sunglasses, and more. Please send your merchandise requests to CDNC President Eliza Hernandez ([email protected]).

Chapter Guides

If your chapter needs help with a certain issue such as fundraising or communications, please let us know! We have several useful guidebooks for chapters on fundraising, communications, event planning, and development. These guides are easy to read and can provide your chapter with great insight on each subject.

Media Inquiries

If your chapter needs assistance with contacting the local media, building press releases, constructing press lists, or getting coverage of one of your events, please contact CDNC Director of Communications Tucker Middleton ([email protected]).

Development Sessions

We offer development sessions to chapters to help with recruitment, maintaining members, organizing events, and more! Members of our CDNC executive board travel to your chapter meeting and give a presentation on an issue your chapter feels like it needs to work on. Best part? We bring pizza with us!
